REVIEW: The Upside of Falling by Meghan Quinn

The Upside of Falling (Blue Line Duet, #1)The Upside of Falling by Meghan Quinn
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Upside of Falling… I binged this entire book, and I’m still trying to come up with the words to convey my exact emotions about it.

It’s no secret that I have a total girl crush on Meghan since discovering The Mother Road. I have reviewed several of her books now, and am working on her backlog. I knew going in that this project was a special one for her, four long years in the making and something she has held close all that time.

That passion? That dedication to the storyline and characters? The Air Force research it took to pull this off?

It shows in EVERY. FREAKING. WORD.

Colby and Rory are very real characters, so thought out and expressed so amazingly that I felt that they were people I could know and friend in real life. Their backstories broke my heart, their feelings were my own, and I fell in love right along with them.

The Upside of Falling is something you should go into not knowing too much about, especially since that cliffhanger will leave you wanting to track down Meghan and pound on her front door until she gives you The Downside of Love. SO SOON THOUGH!
