Bree is a free-spirit with an impulsive streak, a woman who knows what she wants and strives to achieve that - whatever means necessary.
Derrick is a man still healing from the emotional turmoil from his last long term relationship; he has a very simple "no fraternization" policy, and it covers every potential romantic encounter.
Together, these two inhabit a book that is charming, witty, and often times hilarious. The characters are relatable and the author has a way of writing conversationally that makes this a fun read all around. It was honest, raw, and I can’t wait to see more from this author!
