Packed full of suspense, Meredith Wild hits the ground running and keeps the pace going! I made the "mistake" of starting this book at 10:45pm and got sucked in. I had no choice but to lay there and binge it entirely, which was SUCH a hardship *sarcasm*. I have a few of Meredith's books on my Kindle that I picked up in the past as a deal etc. But thanks to a heavy ARC schedule, (and my previous preference for YA) I never got around to reading them. When info started coming out on The Red Ledger series, and as I got the cover reveal packet and synopsis, I knew I just HAD to make this my first MW read. And I am now a forever fan...
The Red Ledger Part 1 weaves together a suspenseful story of intrigue, secrets, and reconciliation of a relationship long thought over. This book was intense from start to finish, and the more you read the more questions you end up with! I cannot WAIT to read the rest of the Red Ledger series to see what answers Meredith gives us, and what other amazing scenes she has up her sleeves.
