REVIEW: The Red Ledger Part 2 by Meredith Wild

The Red Ledger: 2The Red Ledger: 2 by Meredith Wild
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

If you thought Part 1 was a whirlwind, just wait until you dive into Part 2…. Meredith Wild managed to amp up the suspense while answering some questions and giving you even more. I found myself frantically turning pages, at one point threw my tablet ACROSS THE ROOM, and binged it all in an entire sitting.

Isabel and Tristan’s story continues back “safe and sound” in Washington, DC. Despite the need to push Isabel away, Tristan can’t seem to help letting himself feel for the first time in several years. And for the first time since their parting, Isabel has hope that maybe she won’t have to live without the love of her life despite the turmoil in their lives.

Despite bullets, death, and running for their lives these two have an undeniable chemistry that has me swooning and invested in these characters and their safety. I cannot wait for the rest of their story, and the answers to questions that have been running through my mind since I got to the end of Part 2.
