REVIEW: Cross by Adriana Locke

Cross is BACK Y’ALL! First featured in the Team Player Anthology that is no longer available, Adriana has released Cross as its own book with a few shorter stories to add to the Gibson Boy’s collection.

Like much of Adriana’s other books, this novella is full of sweet and tender moments, amazing banter, and a family who loves each other fiercely. This second chance romance brings Kallie and Cross back together in their small town of Linton. Kallie uses the fact that her lawyer boss has been indicted and her mother’s ailing health as an excuse to return to her hometown.

It doesn’t take long for Kallie to run into Cross, and to learn that the chemistry they once had didn’t disappear one day like she did. He is also no longer the bad boy who likes to party and incite rumors. Instead he is a legitimate businessman who does the occasional casual hook-up but won’t let himself fall in love again with anyone else.

If you are fan of Adriana you’re guaranteed to love Cross, and if you love second chance romances than I promise you will enjoy the “newest” novella in this series.
